What is the Riverside Olympic FC Youth Academy?

The ROFC Youth Academy is a selective, high-performance program designed to help young players reach their full football potential in a structured, professional environment.

Led by UEFA Pro-licensed Technical Director Helder Dos Santos and Academy Development supervisor James Pelletier, the Academy follows Football Australia’s National Curriculum and delivers a clear development pathway for motivated players.

Who Can Join?

The Academy offers places for the following age groups:

  • U9

  • U10

  • U12 (two squads)

  • U14 (two squads)

Entry is by trial (In January) or invitation only.

Training Schedule – 2026 Season

  • U9–U10: 2 training sessions per week

  • U12–U14: 3 training sessions per week

  • Program Duration: 3 terms (aligned with Terms 1–3), plus preseason

  • Total Player Capacity: 74 players

Each player receives:

  • Full Academy kit (shirt, shorts, socks)

  • Access to 360Player App (training plans, feedback, communication)

  • Termly evaluation reports

  • Opportunities for video and GPS-based performance analysis

Program Fees – 2026

Fees are per term and include GST.

Fees include all coaching, kit, reports, technology access and program delivery. (Does NOT include the NTJSA yearly fees to play or the entrance to tournaments).

Payment is required per term.

When Are Trials Held?

Trials take place before Term 1 each year. Mid January 2026, dates to be announced by the end of December.
